Topic of priority:
Promoting SBR to SBBR system will be reviewed.
General problem (problem):
SBR system is an interesting method in sewage treatment as it operates good in removing nitrogen, phosphate and COD. However, to reach the desirable operation in removing phosphate, PAOs must increase the additional phosphate. To do so and to reach the constant performance, the ooze with high density of phosphate must be regularly evacuated which causes high exploitation costs. To solve this problem, SBBR systems are recently considered important that is a combination of SBR system and bio-film reactor.
General problem (problem):
Due to the above mentioned cases, it seems necessary to optimize exploitation from available SBR sewage treatment, reduce density and aerator intervals and consequently decrease energy usage in refineries (sewage treatment) which are designed or operated in SBR method and develop sewage treatment methods.
Expected results and goals:
It this section, it is proposed to compare RBBR results in removing nitrogen, phosphate and BOD in compared with common SBR, compare aerator time interval changes, review changes in produced ooze and evacuation periods, compare economically and provide suggestion.
